Community Connections

At Moolap Primary School, we believe in fostering community connections and encouraging our students to make a difference. Our Student Voice Representatives (SVR) proudly visit Whitehaven Retirement & Respite Care in Newcomb, where they engage with residents through fun activities, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.

Arts & Crafts – Creating beautiful keepsakes together
Games & Puzzles – Sharing laughter over classic board games
Reading & Storytelling – Listening to and sharing wonderful stories
Chats & Companionship – Building connections and brightening someone's day

These visits not only bring happiness and excitement to the residents but also help our students develop empathy, leadership, and social skills. It’s a rewarding experience that strengthens our bond with the local community.
