We would encourage all parents to share any concerns as soon as they are felt. Minor concerns can often be shared satisfactorily through an impromptu visit or telephone call to the school. 

For issues requiring a little more time, it is much better to arrange an appointment outside peak times.

Peak times at school are 8:30am to 9:15am and 3:20pm to 3:45 pm.
