Under the Department of Education and Training's Parent Payments Policy, Victorian government schools are required to provide transparent information to their school community on voluntary parent contributions.
Please find below our parent payment arrangements for 2025.
Dear parent/guardian,
We are looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning and would like to advise you of our school’s voluntary financial contributions for 2025.
Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard curriculum requirements, and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.
We want to thank you for all your support, whether that is through fundraising or volunteering your time. This has made a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer. Within our school this support has allowed us to provide a wider offering of subjects and special curriculum experiences and activities to all students.
We have arranged to work with Winc Education in 2025 for supply of individual student educational packs for 2025 for those wishing to purchase for their child. This is an online portal enabling you to purchase individual student material packs for your child to own, and also contribute to the Curriculum and Voluntary Contributions.
Individual packs will be delivered to home addresses (free delivery if ordered on or before the 06 December 2024). Please do not cover/name books etc, class teachers will work with students to do this as part of classroom activities. Students are to bring all pack items to school on the first day of school 2025.
At Moolap Primary School parents / guardians are encouraged to purchase individual educational packs which are relevant to student year level and will be sufficient for the year.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Knight - Principal
Rebecca Beaton - School Council President
